Hi! Wendy here. This is simply a list of 10 things that have been proven in some way or another to help prevent burnout by nudging you a bit closer to your most beautiful authentic, vulnerable self.

  1. TWIL (This Week I Learned.)
  1. This week I learned more about silence. I had a few of those uncomfortable moments that stretched and stretched as I listened to someone I cared about. Therapists often talk about that silence — but what I noticed and learned this week was that for me it felt as though I was listening to their body, listening to the air around them. Just an interesting observation.
