TWIL (This Week I Learned.)

This week centered around peace. Around the learning that we are enough. That the opposite of peace often happens when I (we) are bombarded from every angle by little darts of doubt encouraging me (us) to question “Are we enough?”
The answer just has to be, always, in this moment: Yes.

Quote

“When I say it's you I like, I'm talking about that part of you that  knows that life is far more than anything you can ever see or hear or  touch. That deep part of you that allows you to stand for those things  without which humankind cannot survive. Love that conquers hate, peace  that rises triumphant over war, and justice that proves more powerful  than greed.”
 ―        Fred Rogers

Prompt

Peace that rises triumphant over war…Peace is strong, powerful, and self-disciplined. List 5 things that have happened to you that have made you stronger and more disciplined.

Quest

Keep a list of those things that made you stronger, more disciplined, more powerful with you. When you are confronted with a choice to either be strong and peaceful or weak and chaotic…choose strong and peaceful this week. (with compassion when you slip up)
